Welcome to the Storibay, which is owned and operated by King Jesus Creative Consults Ltd. (“Storibay” “we” or “us”). These terms of service (which includes our Code of Conduct and our Privacy Policy) (“Terms of Service”) are a contract between you and Storibay. By using Storibay.com (the “Site”), creating your Storibay account and using the Site to post various content including stories you create, comments and messages, or to access and view Storibay content or other user content (together with the Site, the “Services”), you’re agreeing to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree to any of these terms, you can’t use the Storibay Services.

You Need an Account

You can’t browse very much on the Site or use the Services without registering for an account. To get the most out of the Storibay platform, you’ll need to register, choose an account name, and set a password.

You’re responsible for all the activity on your account, and for keeping your password confidential. If you share your account information with anyone, that other person may be able to take control of the account, and we may not be able to determine who is the proper account holder. We will not have any liability to you (or anyone you share your account information with) as a result of your or their actions under those circumstances. If you find out that someone’s used your account without your permission, you should report it at info@storibay.com

User Conduct

You agree to use Storibay responsibly and lawfully. You may not:

• Upload harmful or illegal content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass or threaten other users

Intellectual Property

All content on Storibay is protected by copyright. Users retain ownership of their content, but grant Storibay a license to use it on the platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Storibay is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

Storibay shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Storibay harmless from any claims arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

Storibay may terminate your account at any time for any reason.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Uganda.
